UK Customers 7” Records/CDs/Tapes - 1st item £1.25p & 60p each thereafter
  12" Records & LPs - 1st item £2.20 & 85p each thereafter
  Fanzines - 1st item 50p & 25p each thereafter
  Books & Magazines - 1st item £2.00 & 85p each thereafter
  Posters & T-shirts - 1st item £1.50 & 60p each thereafter
  Badges & Patches - 30p per order or free with other items
  Videos & DVDs - £1.25 each

Insurance & Recorded Delivery:
It is wise to add one of the above to the cost of your order, please do not trust the postal service to get your parcel to you every time, too many people have suffered the disappointment of a lost parcel - please do not risk yours!
 
Uninsured Parcels
Covered for a content value of up to £24.00 against loss or damage in the post but is untraceable if lost
 
Recorded Delivery - Please add a further 68p to your order total (UK only)
Insures your parcel for up to £24.00 only but it is possible to place a trace if lost - requires a signature at the door.
 
Insurance - Please add an extra £3.50 to your order total
Will usually cover your parcel for it’s full value against loss or damage upto the value of £5000, available World Wide
 
Parcels over 2kg - will be sent by courier:
UK: City Link*
Europe: Inter Link
Rest of World: TNT, UPS or Parcel Force
*City Link will attempt to deliver twice, if a third attempt is required an additional charge will be made

TRACKING: We will be able to track any parcel sent via courier or that has gone under Royal Mail service Recorded or Registered (Insured) delivery. Sadly parcels sent via Royal Mail for customers that have not added for Recorded Delivery or Insurance cannot be tracked. Call Tania on 01730 815422 to track a parcel

Please note, that although we will do all we can to trace a lost parcel, we cannot be held responsible for it once the parcel has been handed over to the postal services. We strongly recommend that all customers add insurance or recorded delivery to their orders if the sub total of their order is above £20, failure to include this charge is the customers own responsibility and we cannot be held liable if the post office compensation does not cover the cost of the items lost.
