These charges include Post AND Packing and will obviously be more than the frank mark on your parcel.

Post And Packing will be added to all DETOUR RECORDS orders as follows:

QEuropean Customers Including Irish Republic	PLEASE DOUBLE THE ABOVE RATES
QOverseas Customers America, Canada, Japan, Australia	7" Records/CDs/Tapes - 1st item £4.60 & £1.60p each thereafter
	12" Records & LPs - 1st item £8.60 and £3.20 each thereafter
	All other items -  Multiply UK rate by 3

Special postage rates will be listed by applicable item

Insurance & Recorded Delivery:

It is wise to add one of the above to the cost of your order, please do not trust the postal service to get your parcel to you every time, too many people have suffered the disappointment of a lost parcel

UK PARCELS VALUED UNDER £20 WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE RECORDED DELIVERY ADDED

ALL PARCELS VALUED OVER £20 WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE REGISTERED POST ADDED

This is for the protection of your parcel due to the high number that are lost by the post office

 

Uninsured Parcels

Covered for a content value of up to £24.00 against loss or damage in the post but is untraceable if lost

 

Recorded Delivery - Please add a further £0.95p to your order total (UK only)

Insures your parcel for up to £24.00 only but it is possible to place a trace if lost - requires a signature at the door.

Automatically added to orders valued over £25.00

 

Insurance - Please add an extra £5.90 to your order total

Will usually cover your parcel for it’s full value against loss or damage up to the value of £5000, available World Wide

. Automatically added to orders valued over £50.00

 

Parcels over 2kg - will be sent by courier:

UK: Business Post

Europe: Inter Link

Rest of World: TNT, UPS or Parcel Force

TRACKING: We will be able to track any parcel sent via courier or that has gone under Royal Mail service Recorded or Registered (Insured) delivery. Sadly parcels sent via Royal Mail for customers that have not added for Recorded Delivery or Insurance cannot be tracked. Call Tania / David on 01730 815422 to track a parcel.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Please note, that although we will do all we can to trace a lost parcel, we cannot be held responsible for it once the parcel has been handed over to the postal services. We strongly recommend that all customers keep any signed for options on their orders. Cancellation of this charge is the customers own responsibility and we cannot be held liable if the post office compensation does not cover the cost of the items lost.
