YOUR PARCEL CANNOT BE TRACKED
This will be because there was no Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery added to your postage. In most cases this will have been cancelled by the customer at their own risk.
If you have not received a parcel after 1 month of the date of posting please let us know (make sure you quote your name and the order number) and we will make a claim against the Post Office. Please note that without the additional Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery the compensation may not cover the cost of the lost parcel.

Please note, that although we will do all we can to trace a lost parcel, we cannot be held responsible for it once the parcel has been handed over to the postal services. We strongly recommend that all customers keep any signed for options on their orders. Cancellation of this charge is the customers own responsibility and we cannot be held liable if the post office compensation does not cover the cost of the items lost.
