POSTAGE
- We have a minimum postal charge of £4.00
- Recorded Delivery is automatically added to
every UK order so it can be
tracked
- Postage will be added to each
order as follows:

These rates only apply to orders shipped within the UK, you will receive a
request for additional postage at cost if you are ordering from outside the UK.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
- In most cases orders will be sent by first class Royal Mail
- Parcels over 2kg may be sent on next day service by Business Post
- Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will usually be sent same day
- Orders received after 2pm will be sent the follow working day
- Orders received between 5pm Friday and 10am Monday will usually be sent on
the Monday
- Special Orders or Item marked "on order" on your invoice will be sent within
28 days of receipt of order
- POSTAGE RATE APPLY TO UK SALES ONLY: Orders placed outside of the UK
will be invoiced for the extra postage at cost
- DELIVERY TO GU29 or GU28 POSTCODES IS FREE

TRACKING
Orders sent by Royal Mail will be sent Recorded Delivery so they can be tracked
once delivered, larger parcels will be sent by Business Post.

To track a parcel please call 01730 815422. Please note that neither Reggie's
Den, nor it's parent Detour Mail Order can be held liable for a parcel once
it has been handed over to the postal service. In the event your parcel is
lost we will aim to replace all the items where possible. Refunds can only be
issued once a successful claim has been made against the Post Office.
Please contact us if you have not received your order within 28 days of
ordering, we advice all customers check that their parcel is not awaiting
collection at either the sorting office before
contacting Reggie's Den as despite claims to the contrary you will not always be
left a card to say delivery was attempted.
In the event your parcel is returned to us we will where possible repost it
to you. If that is not possible we will refund your order via the same method
you paid for it (excluding postage)

RETURNS
If you are not happy with anything you have
ordered you can return it (un-used) within 7 days for either a full refund
(excluding postage), exchanged item or a credit note
email us or call 01730 815422 for a returns authorisation, we cannot
accept returns on Special Orders (sorry). The returned
item must be properly packaged and undamaged when it arrives back with us so
it can be resold. Damaged returns will be liable to a handling charge.
